Looking over the church roofs down onto the churchyard. Here stands a remarkable headstone whose inscription records in part that it is in memory of 'Elizabeth Ann, second wife of William Herbert Young of Mells formerly of 35 Baker Street, London W.' (Mells is a hamlet within the parish). Elizabeth Ann died in 1878. Have you ever seen a 'previous address' on a headstone?
